3 MMGY Biodiesel Plant California USA

Recently SRS was hired to upgrade an existing 3 MMGY Northern California plant to replace older, less productive technologies with the latest technologies available at that time. We did this in 2 phases.

Phase 1

SRS constructed a methanol recovery tower (called the SRXC-Series) as well as a cold soak system (BD19 Resin System.

Phase 2

SRS built a bleaching and degumming system (BDGM) and built a solid catalyst esterification system.
