Biodiesel Plant Upgrade to an Existing Plant

This 10 MMGY biodiesel plant is located in Clinton, Iowa.

1. We upgraded their existing Esterification process to our PRTE Series High FFA Conversion Processing System. It is resin based, 2 stage Esterification System with 2 stages of flash vessels. The entire system is provisioned for 3 stages.
2. We also upgraded their Plant Control System
3. We upgraded their Methanol Recovery System with our SRXC Distillation Tower
