SRS Management, LLC was created in 2007 as a direct subsidiary of SRS International to produce biodiesel fuels.
SRS International has been involved in the designing, planning, construction, and equipment implementation of 20+ biodiesel facilities in the past 3 years. Founded in 1985, SRS has been an industry leader in engineering and manufacturing of distillation systems, and custom process systems for various industries including pharmaceutical, oil refining, biofuels, and food. These industries have a variety of different requirements and specifications that entail a high degree of engineering and fabrication experiences including chemical, process, mechanical, electrical, and controls. SRS has realized that each customer has their own needs and requirements that sometimes call upon installation and process management.
SRS focuses provide our growing customer base and new customers with a “Plug in Place” management team dedicated to providing cutting edge technology utilization and integration to keep our customers up to date with new technology advances and to provide highly functional and efficient management operations.
SRS is composed of over 150 years combined experience within its growing team of highly experienced engineers, operators, technicians, managers, maintenance, and administrative professionals to provide its customers with a proven working system to operate a working Biodiesel manufacturing plant.
The concept of our innovative plant management technique is to provide our customers with a complete comprehensive package to operate a Biodiesel plant. This includes a general manager of operations and all required personnel which will include but not limited to, maintenance staff, operators, chemists and necessary engineers, administration, HR, etc.
The SRS management system is designed to guarantee our customer and their investors an efficient management team relieving them of the tedious duties of day to day operations. SRS will be working with SRS Management, LLC in training new employees on plant management.
SRS will provide SRS Management LLC, a pilot plant at each facility for training and testing purposes. The pilot plant provides a major advantage as it allows a start-up plant to test its biodiesel production at a much smaller level. This minimizes waste of the raw materials and reconfiguration of raw materials to produce higher yield of biodiesel with minimal waste. The pilot plant will also minimize rework while the operators are in training and will allow them to experiment with various feedstocks to establish correct formulations. This system is further available on request by our General Manager to assist in continued training, train new operators, and develop new processes.
