Simultaneous Metered Blending
Simultaneous Metered Blending combines the high volume production capacity of the system and adapts the flow measuring techniques by blending the components through a cavitation reactor rather than blending it in a kettle or tank. Is is designed to simultaneously measure liquids with a flow meter to move the known quantities, in the correct ratio, through the cavitator. This is the simplest way of blending and is perfect for some of the less automated plants.
